On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in the Rectorate ballroom of the University of Belgrade, Open Science Day in Serbia V was held.
After introductory session and welcoming speeches by the Prof. Dr. Miroslav Trajanović, State Secretary at the Ministry of science, technological development and innovation of the Republic of Serbia and Prof. Dr. Vladimir Cvetković, Vicerector for Science at the University of Belgrade, the following sessions took place:
- Open Science Platfom - in this session, elements of new Open Science Platform are presented (the Platform will be officially presented by the end of 2024. or at the beginning of 2025.),
- Projects, Networks, and Initiatives - session is held during two parts and speakers presented their experiences in founding, participating, leading, and joining initiatives and networks, as well as experiences, which include participation and leading projects in the field of open science, in the past two years,
- Panel discussion on infrastructures for open science in Serbia, and
- Unconference - a creative way to involve all participants in the discussion, through a platform that allows questions to be asked intuitevely.
