On December 2, 2025, the Winter School of Research Skills for Young Researchers was held at the University of Belgrade – School of Electrical Engineering (ETF). The call for the Winter School is available here, and the agenda can be found here. The program was jointly organized by the University of Belgrade; the Faculty of Philosophy – Department of Psychology; the Institute of Psychology, and the Laboratory for Research of Individual Differences (LIRA); ETF, and the Open Science Community Serbia (OSCS).
The intensive one-day program focused on the development of research competencies, introducing participants to contemporary methodological approaches and the fundamentals of high-quality scientific research. The Winter School brought together young researchers from different parts of Serbia and received very positive feedback from participants. Due to strong interest, it is planned for the Winter School to continue in 2026 as well, serving as an example of good practice in inter-institutional cooperation and the promotion of open science in Serbia.
